A Little About Me
From an early age I've always had a camera in my hand. Starting with a little analog Canon Sure Shot, I moved on to a Pentax MZ-7, and then various digital cameras until I settled on the Canon 5D Mark III and IV, both of which I use today.
I have a BA (Hons) degree in Communication, Media at Culture, and I currently work in Marketing and Communication as a Content Specialist. In my spare time I love to photograph all manner of subject matters from street photography to still life, but my focus is on pet photography and portraiture.
Based in Notting Hill, London, I photograph in natural light, shooting on both digital and 35mm film. I photograph in and around West London and Oxford but should you be a little further afield please do get in touch as I may still be able to accommodate you.
Please note that my style is very natural and stays true to the subject in order to best capture their personality and therefore photoshopping is kept to the bare minimum. I do not do staged photography sessions but prefer to focus on individuals and candid moments capturing a person or pet’s true personality.
How It Works
After an initial e-mail or phone consultation where I get to know a little about who I'll be photographing, we'll meet for our shoot, the length of the which will depend on you and your pet, and of course the weather and light if we are photographing outside. Once your pet is comfortable I hope to be able to capture their personality on film. I suggest that you bring their favourite treats, toys and water so that we can make their time in front of the camera as enjoyable as possible.
A selection of high resolution photographs will then be lightly edited and sent to you online via WeTransfer for you to download at your convenience. They are for your private use only.
Feel free to message me should you have any further questions.
I look forward to meeting you and your pet.
